If you hire the stunning 17th century manor house with the White & Black Diamond Suites, you would have exclusive use of the whole venue
Depending on the event in question, the manor house is typically used for the initial meet & greet of your event, used by Bride/Groom to get ready/changed in. And an allocation time slot for your photographer to have a photo session with you both using the gorgeous rooms and props for that perfect picture.
All Civil marriages also take place inside the Manor House.
Newland Manor is hired out based on the exclusive use that day. Therefore whether you choose to utilise a venue for a couple of hours or up to the full hire period, you will still incur the same venue hire fees.
To secure your event date at Newland Manor, confirmation of an event requires a signed copy of our booking form, terms and conditions, together with a cheque for 25% of the fees in full.
4 weeks prior to your first event date at Newland Manor
Newland Manor has a private car park which is included you and your guests can use at no additional charge.
The Manor House can be hired intimate wedding ceremonies and is also licensed for Civil weddings up to 140 guests.
The White Diamond Suite and The Black Diamond Suite
Yes, if you book the manor house as apart of your package, you will have access to four rooms on the first floor of the manor house, on the day of your event, you will be met by our Operations Manager who will give you the keys to these rooms, so you can lock your personal belongings here if required. These keys are then handed back at the end of your event before you leave.

By law, a wedding must be held between 8am and 6pm. Registrars will attend a wedding on any day of the week but please note that they have restrictions for some Bank Holidays.

When contacting the registrar’s office, we are registered as Newland Park Manor, so you will need to mention this name instead of just Newland Manor.
The start of your hire block marks the point at which your chosen suppliers will be able to access the marquee for setup, deliveries etc. Earlier access to the marquee for setup can be arranged but there will be an additional charge of £250 + VAT per hour and needs to be pre-arranged at the time of confirming your event
Guests will need to leave at the end of your hire period and then suppliers will have 1.5hrs to clear the venue.
No – all setup, breakdown and deliveries must be on the day of your event with prior consent and agreed times with the Management team.
Please be aware that all vehicles will have to be registered and delivery times confirmed.
Yes, however Newland Manor does not take any responsibility for any loses or damages that may occur.
The answer is yes! You are welcome to use your choice of suppliers, however we do ask that they comply with our health and safety regulations. They will need to provide us with a risk assessment and a copy of their insurance before they come onto the site. PAT certificates are required for all electrical equipment used.
In line with Government legislation smoking will not be permitted within the Manor or the Marquee’s. However we do have a designated smoker’s area in the gardens.
We do not allow fresh petals confetti inside the manor or marquees. We do not allow indoor fireworks or use of Chinese Flying Lanterns on the grounds
Regretfully this is not allowed on the grounds.
We do not allow dogs within or outside the manor and marquee’s.
